Role Definition :
Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive is one who is responsible for creating brand awareness & generating qualified property seeker leads for Property Store India (Projects) & Vishwatma Properties (Retail) by applying creative Marketing Ideas & advertisements through multiple social media platforms i.e Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, etc. & Property Portals.
Responsibility & Deliverables :
- Marketing & Brand Building for Project Sales (Property Store India)
- Self Development
Tasks & Activities :
Marketing for Project Sales (Property Store India)
- Launching optimized online advertisement to generate leads for multiple projects endorsed by Property Store India
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Continous update of company website as per the new projects endorsed.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & CPL)
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web-trends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Implementation of Company marketing calendar
- Creating & editing promotional images using canva.
Self Development :
- Research & undergo at least 1 training session a quarter to learn about the new systems & techniques in Social Media Management, Digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Website management and other acitivities involving Digital media
- Invest atleast 1 hour a week on learning about newer technologies & ways in Social Media & Digital marketing
Measurement Metrics :
- Minimum of 30 seller properties to be identified weekly with photographs & Owner confirmation
- Maintaining 100% property listing with images on residential portals with at-least 90% verified listing with timely refreshing of the properties.
- Effective campaign launches with most cost effective CPL & ROI across platforms
Skills Required :
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Fluency in English (Written)
Listening Skills
Knowledge Required :
- Should be a graduate from a respectable university in any stream
- Minimum 6 months experience in Digital Marketing field
- Should have a certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO, Google Analytical

Role Definition
Sales Manager – Project Sales is one who is responsible for generating revenues in project sales for Property Store India by working on generating leads and converting them into closures
Responsibility & Deliverables :
- Generating Qualified Leads
- Converting Leads to Deals
- Team Management

Tasks & Activities :
Generating Qualified Leads
- Working closely with the team of telecallers/Sales Executives to generate qualified leads.
- Training the telecallers/Sales Executives on the respective projects
- Coordinating with the Digital marketing team and ensuring that all the leads generated from Social Media, Portals & Websites are contacted within 15 minutes.
- Preparing Project Dossier for each project to be sent to clients asking for more information & ensuring all the team members have the access to the same.
- Taking daily briefing with telecallers and ensuring that all the telecallers are making minimum 170 Calls per day & generating minimum 3 leads per day.
- Assisting, guiding & helping the telecallers with any client related situation.
Converting Leads to Deals
- Co-cordinating with the client & Project Sourcing manager for site visits, managing Pick & Drop wherever needed and ensuring is client is correctly tagged under company name at the site
- Understanding the client requirement properly & cross selling to the suitable project
- Timely churning of all the VDNB data as per the project requirement.
- Coordinating with project Sourcing Manager for all the site visits, Pick & Drop & client tagging
- Gather enough information on the client requirement and position the project accordingly as the best choice for the client & convert the Leads into Deals.
Team Management :
- Managing the Team of Sales Executives/Telecallers.
- Driving the team to achieve their daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Targets.
- Ensuring that the team is following all the company policies
- Acting as a communication bridge between the Team Members & the company.
- Motivating & giving the right guidance to the team to achieve their target numbers.
- preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly & Annual Sales reports as per the company policies.
- Preparing & communicating the team about the sales targets & incentive plans
Self Development :
- Research & undergo atleast 1 training session a quarter to develop skills requied to perform the job better
- Invest atleast 1 hour a week on learn more about various skills required for a sales manager in real Estate Industry
Measurement Metrics :
